THE WEST COUNTRY HEARTH ATTACK IS HEADED BACK TO CALAHOO AB!
On September 7th, 2024 experience the Hearth attack on 80 beautiful acres near Calahoo Alberta.
Racers will be stunned by the 6+ kilometer course consisting of amazing scenery, challenging hills, and varying terrain with man-made and natural obstacles throughout. Each participant will be timed and recognition will be given for top times in age and gender categories! This is an individually timed event however you are welcome to race as a team.
We are awarding a prize for best team spirit ! (including but not limited to
costumes!)

Challenge yourself to complete the Hearth ATTACK and stay to enjoy the comraderie of fellow racers! Food Trucks and beer gardens will be open after the race. All proceeds go toward West Country Hearth (a seniors' assisted living complex in West Sturgeon).

When: Saturday September 7th 2024. Heats begin at 10:00 am, 10:30 am, 11:00 am, and 11:30 am. Participants must be at the race 45 minutes prior to the start of their heat. Where: 80 acres outside of Calahoo, AB. Maps will be sent with registration packages. Who: Minimum age of participants is 14. All participants must sign a waiver and those under 18 years of age must be accompanied to the race by a parent or legal guardian to sign the waiver. Cost: Super Early Bird $60 until 11:59 pm July 1st Early Bird $70 until 11:59 pm August 7th General $80 until 11:59 pm September 3rd |
If you are unable to complete a challenge you must do 15 burpees before continuing on the ATTACK. You may purchase a Hearth “By-Pass” if do not wish to complete your Burpees. Each “By- Pass” is $5 and there is no limit to how many you can purchase. However, if you use a “By-Pass”, you will not qualify for the fastest time competition.
